The hotel had a fantastic location right at the start of all the attractions and shops in Gatlinburg. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, offering a nice little grassy patio area by the river, which was a great touch. The service was excellent, as the staff went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. However, the dining options could use improvement, as the breakfast was quite basic. Overall, it was a great value for money, but the breakfast could definitely be better.
